WHat Can I expect to learn from the coursE?

The essence of the course lies in creating a container for connection, conversations, and interactions with like-minded men, followed by theoretical and embodied input from experienced facilitators.

Raminta is a humble and wild being from the Baltics. Pantarei (somatic coaching) practitioner and extraordinary events' architect. She brings ceremony and ritual into her facilitation. In her events, people feel safe, non-judged and welcomed with their authentic juicy selves.
✨ With a decade of event organization experience, she's adept at curating diverse gatherings, spanning personal development, ecstatic dance, conscious events, temples, psytrance/techno parties, and business-oriented events.
✨ Certified Pantarei Appcoach practitioner (2 years training, 3 years in practice)
✨ Certified Tantra masseuse and space holder.
✨ Presently, she focuses on holding group processes, especially with the topics of relationships and sexuality. Also holding and leading processes for personal development and healing with 1:1 psychosomatic sessions backed by Pantarei approach.
About the facilitators
Louise is a transformational coach with a lovely french accent. She left the world of tech and start ups to focus on empowering individuals to pursue their dreams as conscious leaders and entrepreneurs.
✨ Combining coaching, yoga philosophy, Gestalt, embodiment and development theory, she supported clients over 200 hours of online coaching in individual sessions, design and led online groups workshops on confidence, limiting beliefs and goal setting.
✨ Additionally, she brings knowledge from conscious sexuality, energy work and her experience working in men environments.

Full course (6 modules): 444 euros
Course + 3 individuals online sessions*: 654 euros
*60 to 75 minutes privates session during the time of the journey to go even deeper. You can choose with whom you want to do it.
Frequently asked questions
What happens if I can't attend one of the live module on Zoom?
We would love if everyone can attend all modules as we create an interactive and supportive atmosphere. As we know that it can happen, all module will be recorded and only shared with participants.
How long are the classes?
We meet from 7pm to 9pm CET for 2 hours every second Mondays on Zoom. We plan to have a minimum of 10 minutes break in every module.
Is the course only for single men ?
Men at all stages of life and relationship status can benefit from the course. Whether you're single, in a relationship, or married, the principles and practices taught in the course are applicable to all men seeking personal growth and fulfilment.
Is there nudity or explicit content?
No, the course does not include any nudity or explicit content. Our focus is in providing a safe and respectful environment for learning. We do talk about sexuality and bodies as it is a central theme of the course.
Will I have the opportunity to connect with other participants?
Yes, the course includes opportunities for group discussions, sharing experiences, and connecting with like-minded men. Our community-oriented approach fosters a sense of camaraderie and support among participants.
How can I access the course materials and resources?
You will receive the recordings of the live class after the module and all material shared.
Is this a man's circle led by 2 women?
This is not a men's circle. This is a journey for male socialized people, led by 2 experienced women who have long time worked with cis men in the tech industry and have given dozens of empowering 1:1 therapeutic psychosomatic coaching sessions for men specifically on topics like relationships and sexuality.
There are hundreds of men offering anyone to find their power. We have received amazing support from men, women, and others to find our power! And many men have inspired our empowerment. So we are here to offer a container. To give the best we can from our perspective and experience as 2 cis women.
Raminta and Lou believe that we have ALLOT to offer regarding emotional intelligence, partnership, and sexuality regarding our gender.
🏳️🌈 Is this for men only? Is it LGBTQI+ friendly?
Yes, AND, as we are two cis women, while this is course is beneficial for any sexual orientation or identification, we will most orientate to people who were socialized as men and are identifying as men at the moment and are interested in partnerships with cis women. Yes, we are well aware that it is heteronormative, as it is already challenging to offer a safe space for men as 2 women, we want to put a disclaimer that we will offer what we know best - specialize in this course for gendero/hetero normative topics, nevertheless, be both live in Berlin and are aware of the huge spectrum of a diverse community and you, participants will set the tone for our course.
