When you access our website, we automatically collect the following:

Event Booking Data / Daten bei der Ticketbuchung:
When you book a ticket for one of our events, our ticketing provider
collects the information you enter at checkout. Depending on the event
this may include:

• Your name, email address and phone number

• Your age and preferred pronouns

• A link to a social media profile, used to confirm who you are

• Your previous experience with temple, consent or similar events

• Your motivation for attending, and any fears or wishes you share

• The name and contact details of a second participant, if you book a
  double ticket

• Whether you consent to being photographed or filmed at the event

You choose what to write in the free text fields. Please share only what
you are comfortable sharing.

We process your data on the following legal bases (Art. 6 GDPR):

• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): e.g. newsletter signup, cookie use

• Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): e.g. fulfilling your orders or contact

Special Category Data / Besondere Kategorien personenbezogener Daten
(Art. 9 GDPR)

Our events are about intimacy, sensuality and sexuality. Because of this,
the fact that you book a ticket, together with the answers you give at
checkout, can reveal information about your sex life. Under Article 9
GDPR this is a special category of personal data and receives additional
protection.

We process this data only on the basis of your explicit consent under
Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR, which you give when you complete the checkout form.
You can withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us, and we will
delete the data.

We use it for two purposes only:

1. To decide whether a place at the event is right for you and for the
   group. We read your answers ourselves. No automated decision making
   is involved.

2. To prepare the event so that your needs, boundaries and experience
   are taken into account.

We do not use it for marketing, we do not sell it, and we do not share
it with anyone outside the providers listed in section 7.

Providing this information is not a legal requirement, but for most of
our events it is a condition of taking part. If you prefer not to answer
these questions, we may not be able to offer you a place.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies / Cookies und Tracking

We use cookies to enhance user experience, analyze usage, and display
relevant content. You can control or disable cookies via our cookie
banner or your browser settings.

5. Data Retention / Speicherdauer

We store your personal data only as long as necessary:

• For the purpose it was collected

• To fulfill legal retention requirements (e.g. invoices for 10 years
  under German law)

Answers given at checkout, including motivation, fears and experience,
are deleted within three months after the event has taken place. Booking
and payment records are kept for ten years as required by German tax law.

6. Email Communication After Ticket Purchase / E-Mail-Kommunikation nach
   Ticketkauf

If you purchase a ticket to one of our events, we may use your email
address to inform you about similar future events organized by us (e.g.
related temple events, retreats, workshops, or coaching sessions related
to relationships and sexuality), based on our legitimate interest under
Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. You will only receive communications directly related
to the type of event you attended. You can unsubscribe at any time using
the link included in every email. We do not share your email address
with third parties and do not use it for unrelated marketing purposes.

7. Service Providers and Data Transfers / Dienstleister und

We use the following providers to run our events and communications.
Each of them processes your data on our behalf:

• Ticket Tailor (ticketing and checkout forms)

• Brevo (newsletter and event emails)

• Stripe and PayPal (payment processing)

Your data may be transferred to countries outside the EU, including the
USA and Canada. We ensure appropriate safeguards such as EU Standard
Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions are in place.
